I Just Felt Like Running! | My Personal Development Training Course Website | Remember this clever verse from Forrest Gump?!

It’s one of my most inspirational shows of all times! “I can run like the Wind Blows!” It goes so well with the song, “Running on Empty.”

Do see Forrest Gump the movie cause it’s very inspirational and tells you about the word “FOCUS”.

The problem with lots of us in this world is that we have too many options! This creates alot of energy lost at doing other things of minor concern and because we are not focused, it is tough in getting that one job or inspiration or hobby done right and well!

If you care to notice, Forrest is not a very high IQ kind of person. That makes him easy to follow instructions to the key. He is not filled with funny thoughts like many of us, and he only has one focus point for his love life and that is Jenny. He doesn’t care even if Jenny moves on and moves out. The worst that he does is to RUN! Actually if you think about it, it actually makes sense! It gives one to think about his past and present and future, what he or she wants to do in his or her life, and running in a way gives one PERSPECTIVE.

The only issue is that he took 3 years to get back to his perspective!

“Life is like a box of chocolates. You never know what you are goin’ to get.”

Sometimes when you put focus ahead of everything else, the other goals that you happen to have, they just happen to come into place, as you move ahead to achieve your goals!

In your quest for your grand personal development goals, plans and ideas to be achieved, you must not lose focus. First and foremost, you need to minimize facebook usage, games online, social games online, tv shows galore! and such trivial unnecessary stuff  unless those activities are get-together with your family and friends. But even with your friends, too much idle chat at coffee joints and pubs and bars will also become a waste of time.

So where shall we start? Now of course! Get going and plan your goals and work on them! As Chris Gardner says, even that alittle bit each day work on your goal getting will equate to a completion before you know it!

So get going! Make a HABIT out of working on your goal or goals and it will eventually become a lifestyle for you to work on your goals!

If I were to put you at the cliff edge and forced you to jump down a 30m dive into the ocean with the waves crashing thunderingly on the rocks, and if I were to point a gun on your head that if you do not jump, I will shoot you anyway… what will you do? The logic is of course to take the chance of surviving a 30m drop into the terrifying ocean and pray no sharks should come after you!

what is the end of the world date in 2012 – jump or be shot?

This is HOBSON’s choice or as some say is like giving no choice at all!

When your mind leave you no room for error, do or die, no room for failure, you will suddenly find that in this hour of death, your focus all of a sudden became incredibly clear and concise and sharp, your energy level is at an immerse HIGH, your pursuit of your dreams is alive with FIRE, your convictions of Truth are at an all time high!

It’s no-hold-barred!

So instead of seeing gloom with end times prophecies and end of days events, now turn this “what is the end of the world” syndrome and situation into a catalyst for achieving something greater!

Part 2:- Waking up (What’s the alternative)

Yesterday, I was talking to an aunt of mine and she sadly commented that the world is running amok with extreme temperatures where one province of China never had a high temp of 40 degrees Celsius in its history, suddenly had a day that was hit by such a burning hot weather!

And then another place started experiencing snow where snow was never seen before! She also commented on the crazy raging floods that are hitting everywhere right now.

This got me to thinking…

The problem with 90% of the world’s population perception is that there is SOMETHING going on in the entire Earth. But they will also claim that it is NOT the end of the world and life will go on as it is and will still be.

See, when you look at things that way, you are only denying the truth. And when some disastrous fatal event were to occur, your denial will only lead to your CONTINUED denial and these poor souls will take their own lives instead!

So look at it this way -

EMBRACE the event of your lifetime now. When you do that, you acknowledge the worst that is to come, but at the same time, it SPURS YOU TO DO GREATER THINGS!

So as I had said in my page ~ whether the world ends or not doesn’t really matter.

What matters is,

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO RIGHT NOW TO EXPERIENCE A LIFE CHANGING PHENOMENON YOURSELF?!

Or the alternative is to continue to live your life as it is, sit at the couch watching TV till the night ends and the morning arrives, go to work and back and sleep and go back to work again. So just quit your job if it ain’t your passion, and do what you WANT to achieve to fulfill a truly meaning life for yourself!

So this is the alternative -

If you want to travel the world, go find it!

If you want to find a cure for your illnesses, go discover it!

If you want to know how to lose weight, go get it!

If you want to find the perfect girl of your life, go get the magic formula on how to seduce a beautiful woman!
